Do I have to pay for pool use?

If you are a member of the Windsor Highlands Metro District (aka: within the Highland Meadows Golf Course Subdivision), there is no membership fee due for pool use.

If you live outside the boundaries of the metro district, you may purchase a pool pass for the summer season.  The fee is $425 for the pool season.

Additional pool fees:

• Nanny Passes are $45.
• Guest Pass Punch Cards are $30 each (each punch holds 10 single punches).
• Passes and punch cards can be purchased at the pool once it is open for the season. 

I've submitted my pool application. How do I access the pool?

Windsor Highlands Metro District is excited to have you use the pool facilities this season.

Each member receives two pool access tags.  Your pool tags will be mailed to you in mid-May.   Pool tags are necessary to enter the pool facility each time you visit. ENJOY YOUR TIME AT THE POOL!

I live in the Patio Homes. Who do I contact if I want to make exterior alterations to my home?

We have two different HOA's for the Patio homes. Patio Homes I and Patio II; Please look at the District map to see which HOA you live in and contact that management company.

How do I submit landscape plans if I want to add something to my existing Landscape or Home?

Please fill out the Architectural Design Application for Modifications to Home or Landscape Form (In the Library section). Mail/Fax and or scan /e-mail completed form with any attachments needed to our District office for approaval. Normally allow 3 days for approval. Keep in mind some project may need a permit from the Town of Windsor.
